Techficiency started as a small construction company in Fulton, Missouri in 2011. We have been a part of many small and mid-sized construction projects throughout the years. These have been focused on commercial and industrial builds that have encompassed all trades. Being a successful construction manager involves an in depth understanding of the clients, industries, property, and equipment needed to make projects happen.
We built on that experience and industry acumen to now provide business expertise for our projects and clients in the areas of professional business services, property development, and equipment management.
Like many contractors in the industry today, we recognized the shortage of skilled laborers in the construction industry as a challenging opportunity. Other industries like agriculture and manufacturing have dramatically increased productivity by leveraging technological advancements over the last century. Concurrently, technology available to the construction industry has increased, while increases in productivity has not kept up.
Construction projects and regulatory requirements continue to increase in complexity, while building and infrastructure demands are rising as well. Without adequate industry capacity, the projects of tomorrow will struggle to be completed. We are stepping up to meet this challenge head on by providing contractors and industry providers with the support and resources they need to transform the industry.
Our passion is developing technological advancements that allow contractors to complete the next generation of construction projects more efficiently and effectively. We are seeking to accomplish this by leveraging technological advancements that exist today, and developing technology, equipment, services, and products for more productive job sites tomorrow.
